Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026. This explains what Skeleton Games, run by Skeleton Laser Gifts ("we"), keeps about you and why. Questions: hello@skeletonlasergifts.co.uk.
What we keep
- Your email address, only if you sign in. We use it to send you a sign-in link and to tell you about your purchase.
- Your game data: the cards you have won, the levels you have claimed and what you have unlocked, kept against your account (or an anonymous number if you never sign in).
- Payment records: that a payment was made, the amount, and PayPal's or Stripe's reference. We never see or store your card number or PayPal password.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing your details for marketing. We do not use analytics that follow you around the web.
Where it lives and who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the games and stores account data.
- Resend delivers sign-in emails.
- PayPal and Stripe take payments under their own privacy policies.
On your device
The game saves your settings, level and sign-in in your browser's local storage so it works next time. This is needed for the game to function and is not used for tracking. Clearing your browser data signs you out; your cards stay on your account.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.
Children
Skeleton Games is made for adults and families. Children under 13 should have a parent or guardian's help to sign in or buy.
